Toukokuussa LYT tanssii ja leikkii!
PLAYGROUND! on Lapin ylioppilasteatterin uunituore tanssillinen teos, joka yhdistelee leikkiä, leikillisyyttä, yhteistä tekemistä ja tieteellistä tutkimusta. Teos on osa Taru Kallion pro gradu -tutkielmaa, ja sen teemallisena pohjana toimii Roger Cailloisin leikin teoria, jossa leikki jaetaan neljään osa-alueeseen: Kamppailu, Arpapeli, Roolileikki ja Huimaus.
Teos tulee ensi-iltaan kansainvälisenä tanssin päivänä 29.4.

In May LYT dances and plays!
PLAYGROUND! is the brand new movement-based performance by the Student Theatre of Lapland. It explores themes such as games, playing, playfulness, collaboration and cooperation and scientific research. The performance is part of Taru Kallio’s Master’s thesis and it’s themes are based on The theory of Play by Roger Caillois, in which play is divided into four categories: Competition, Chance, Role-play and Vertigo. The show’s opening night is on 29.4., which is the Interational Dance day!
The show is also suitable for non-finnish speakers!
